You can find Edwin’s classes in Newton Mearns-located within the stunning Mearns Castle Golf Academy. Edwin will be teaching a wide variety of super effective challenging, but doable workouts- that are skill fully curated to maximise your time and energy. Mats straps/blocks/hand weights/kettlebells/spin bikes and functional training area all help to give you a unique bespoke workout experience.
Club amenities include an 9 hole golf course/brasserie/nail salon/hair salon and massage clinic, as well as a kids golf academy, so plenty for you to enjoy during that much needed "Me" time".
